The Kaiser Maschinenbau family business was founded in Zülpich in 1985.
The company has been located at its current site in the industrial park in Kall since 2000.
This location was selected on the basis of two important considerations.
It is logistically well connected to all transport routes and thus guarantees short-term deliveries worldwide (deliveries on a daily basis). On the other hand, the company premises offer sufficient capacity for expansion.
In the course of our business activities we have gathered experience in the metal, polymer, paper and glass processing industries as well as in medical and environmental technology.
Although we produce using the highest manufacturing technology, each workpiece is still inspected, assembled and packaged for shipment by hand.
Our main areas of activity are development and design, as well as the production of components and plant for industry and economy as well as their maintenance and global repairs.
We are, therefore, always available for our customers as a competent and flexible partner. The focus will always be on the most optimal solution for the customer.
The growth market and the currently good economic situation are prompting us to search for ever new challenges and new business partners.
Our principle area of activity includes:
The development and manufacturing of guide rollers for the paper and textile processing industries.
This encompasses all types of rollers and cylinders, as well as their coating of rubber, hard coating and plasma.
The specific roller resistance (rolling drag) is determined at the customer’s request.
Through the construction and development of our own types of storage, we can guarantee a very low roll resistance.
In addition, we offer the development, design and manufacturing of modules and plant.
Maintenance of plant and machinery, as well as repairs of components round off our services as a complete package for our customers.
Our plant consists of modern CNC controlled machinery in order to achieve the highest level of precision.
It is our preference to work with Deckel, Okuma and Mazak machinery.
